We offer massage, acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. We can combine acupuncture and massage therapy for the greatest results.
The focus of my work is treating musculoskeletal/myofascial issues and pain. This focus is a direct influence of my dance and athletic background and my personal experience with injuries and pain. I am able to treat a myriad of other health concerns with my training in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. My lifelong journey of searching for answers to my own health concerns has given me a deep empathy for the people I treat. Each session is tailored to fit your specific needs. I listen carefully to your concerns and will do a thorough assessment and come up with a plan to help you reach your wellness goals.
